Leslie Rois-Burrows

As Head of Delivey, Leslie’s role is to manage our project portfolio and delivery process; aligning it to client needs, building a resilient team, and supporting the agency's growth. For the last four years, she’s been delivering impactful digital projects for our clients, and elevating the function to bring efficiencies through new systems, processes, talent, and Project Management methodologies.

Leslie is an excellent communicator who is able to break down complex technical concepts and design terminology so that it can be easily understood by all. She is skilled in building and managing delivery teams, and has a passion for the professional development and growth of her team members.

Prior to joining Graphite, Leslie worked as a producer for videos and apps, before discovering her love of project management and taking her career in a new direction. In 2022, Leslie was recognised by the BIMA 100 as one of the most influential people in the UK digital industry within the Project Management and Delivery category.

Leslie was born in Argentina and also lived in Croatia before moving making the UK her permanent home. When she’s not at work, she loves to spend time in nature rock climbing or hiking with her dog and husband, or relaxing by painting or cooking.
