As Senior Business Development Manager at Graphite, Latief is responsible for driving Graphite’s growth and strategic new business initiatives, drawing on his deep health and pharma sector knowledge, to forge strong relationships and understand client needs. Collaborating closely with teams across the agency, Latief is passionate about proposing solutions that will deliver positive and measurable outcomes for our clients, and their audiences.

Latief has a deep understanding of the challenges facing digital leaders across the pharma and healthcare sectors. Whether working in Customer Experience, Medical, Marketing, Digital, Commercial, or Patient Engagement roles, he is able to uncover clients’ key priorities and objectives to understand how we can best support them.

With 17 years of experience working within business development, sales and account management, Latief has a proven track record of client wins across various therapeutic areas and drug phases. His background includes key senior roles at Angsana Business Consulting and Manifest, where he built long-lasting relationships, supported clients to overcome challenges, and developed valuable strategic partnerships.

Outside of work, Latief finds joy in travelling and discovering new flavours from around the world with his young family by his side. His favourite moments are those spent around the dinner table, surrounded by friends and family, sharing laughter and good food. A passionate sports fan, he loves watching boxing, MMA, Formula 1, and golf.
