Amanda Hancox

Amanda runs the finance department at Graphite as well as having oversight of operations. Alongside having her fingers on the numbers and ensuring that the team have the information they need to make informed decisions, she is committed to consistently improving the processes that underpin the business and removing any barriers to growth, to ensure the team can work efficiently.

Amanda has over 20 years experience working within finance as well as a background in growth strategy. Prior to Graphite, she was working within her own consultancy, supporting agency owners with financial strategy, streamline operations, identifying and fixing inefficiencies and ultimately enabling growth.

Outside of work Amanda is very active and is often found in the great outdoors, mountain biking, hiking and climbing as well as on dog walks with her cavapoo puppy, Albie. Passionate about travel, she gets away as often as possible, either in the UK or further afield, and loves being immersed in new places and local culture.
